Refund Policy

Eligibility

Refunds apply to cohort seats and team labs you purchased directly from Data Virtual under a written invoice or enrollment offer. Complimentary seats and partner transfers follow the partner agreement instead.

Timeframe

You may request a full refund within 7 days of payment if the cohort has not started and you have not received downloadable worksheet packs beyond the public syllabus. After the cohort start date, refunds shift to partial or none as described below.

Full refund conditions

• Request received within 7 days of payment, and
• No live session attended, and
• No mentor review slot consumed

Partial refund conditions

If you withdraw after the first live session but before the midpoint of the scheduled modules, we may refund 40% of the seat fee, less any documented third-party facilitation costs for private labs. Midpoint is defined in your enrollment email.

Non-refundable items

• Completed private Audit Lab weeks once facilitation has begun
• On-site travel booked at your request after you approved the estimate
• Seats transferred to another participant in your organization
• Third-party platform fees already remitted when access was provisioned

Refund process

Email info@data-virtual.digital with subject “Refund request,” your invoice number, and reason. We confirm receipt within two business days and decide within ten business days.

Processing time and method

Approved refunds are returned via the original payment method within 15 business days after approval. Bank transfer fees charged by your institution are not reimbursed.

Cancellation by Data Virtual

If we cancel a cohort, you may choose a full refund or transfer to a later date at no extra seat fee.

Exceptions

Mandatory cooling-off rights under Korean consumer law, where applicable, take precedence over this policy. Documented medical emergencies may receive case-by-case accommodations after the standard windows.
