Korea-facing approval evidence
When a Busan entity’s approvals are read in a group review — or by a guest auditor flying in — the conversation shifts from “did someone click approve?” to “can we reconstruct why?” That reconstruction fails on labels and clocks more often than on math.
Bilingual control names
Keep one glossary. If the financial auditing app shows English role names while policy PDFs use Korean titles, map them in the closing pack. Reviewers should not guess whether “Ops Lead” equals the same dual-control seat as the Korean job title on the org chart.
Timestamps without ambiguity
Export timezone. Korea Standard Time is not optional trivia when after-hours strata matter. If the app stores UTC, say so and convert in the memo rather than arguing about Friday night versus Saturday morning.
What usually gets asked
- Who could approve above the dual-control line, and who actually did
- Whether mobile approvals skipped rationale fields
- How new vendors entered the matrix
